Keystone Delivers First S-76® Helicopter Produced Under
Newly Issued FAA Production Certificate

Coatesville, Pa., Dec. 06, 2007 –Keystone Helicopter has delivered its first S-76® helicopter built under the newly awarded Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Production Certificate. Keystone is a subsidiary of Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., which is a United Technologies Corp. (NYSE:UTX) company.

The S-76C+™ model helicopter was manufactured to the strict standards of the Sikorsky Type Certificate and the exacting requirements of the FAA approved Quality Assurance Manual in Keystone’s state-of-the-art HELIPLEX™ facility near Philadelphia, Pa.  The aircraft departed on the morning of Dec. 6, 2007, amid falling and blowing snow, a condition in which the aircraft was recently certified to fly. The Production Certificate was awarded to Keystone Helicopter by the FAA in October 2007.

Keystone Helicopter Corp. Wins Approval to Grant Certifications on Behalf of the FAA

COATESVILLE, Pa., April 15, 2008 – Keystone Helicopter Corp., a subsidiary of Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., announced today it has won approval to act on behalf of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in certifying modifications performed on certain fixed- and rotary-wing aircraft. Sikorsky is a subsidiary of United Technologies Corp. (NYSE:UTX).

Keystone received the Organization Designation Approval (ODA) after demonstrating to the FAA that the company has the expertise, facilities, experience, and qualified employees to issue Supplemental Type Certificates for work performed on aircraft certified under part 23, 27 & 29. The authorization will allow Keystone to better serve customers by reducing delivery times, while helping to alleviate demands on the overburdened FAA.

The ODA covers a wide range of work, including cockpit instrument modifications and installation of exterior features such as searchlights. It excludes work on major spinning components such as engines and rotors.  With the authorization, Keystone engineers also can certify work done at non-Keystone facilities.

Keystone Donates $1,500 to the Community Youth & Women’s Alliance in Coatesville, PA

Coatesville, Pa., January 8, 2008 – The Community Youth and Women’s Alliance in Coatesville, PA recently received a $1,500 donation from Keystone Helicopter in support of their shelter for women and children.  The Center provides a number of services to the community including; drug and alcohol prevention, employment training, a family center teaching parenting skills, and youth services including tutors, after school homework club, day care, kid’s café serving hot meals and youth group programs.

Keystone Signs Contract for Second AW139 Helicopter VVIP Executive Completion

Coatesville, Pa., February xx, 2007 – Keystone Helicopter has signed a contract for a second AW139 helicopter to undergo a major completion at their Coatesville, PA Heliplex facility. The customer and the contract amount were not disclosed. Keystone Helicopter is a subsidiary of Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation. Sikorsky is a United Technologies Corp. (NYSE: UTX).business unit.

The aircraft will be delivered to Keystone’s Heliplex™ facility in April with a completion date 120 days later. This helicopter will be equipped with a four place executive interior, Keystone’s new maintenance friendly three piece overhead cabin interior system, a Rockwell Collins entertainment system to include external cameras for both passenger viewing and enhanced safety for ground operations. This high tech cabin will be rounded out with dual Sagem Satellite phones and Bose noise cancellation headsets. The new cockpit instrument panel will house a Sagem Multi-Function Display , a Max-Viz Enhanced Vision System and an L3 Stormscope system. This aircraft will be used for Executive transport with a home base located in Mexico.

This is the second AW139 aircraft to undergo a major completion at Keystone Helicopter and Kaystone’s sales staff are expecting several more will be signed up for in 2007.

Keystone Helicopter Completes and Delivers Bell 412 Helicopter to PT Travira

COATESVILLE, Pa., February 26, 2007 – Keystone Helicopter Corporation completed and delivered a Bell 412 helicopter to Indonesia based, PT Travira. This is the 6th helicopter Keystone Helicopter completed for PT Travira, and the first Bell 412. Keystone is a subsidiary of Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., a United Technologies Corp. (NYSE:UTX), business unit.

The Bell 412 was equipped with a Honeywell EGPWS, weather radar and HF system. An L3 Skywatch traffic avoidance system, a Sky Connect tracking system, Garmin GPS, Spectrolab SX-16 Searchlight, N.A.T. PA/Siren system, along with new paint and multiple inspections were also part of the package Keystone provided for this aircraft. This aircraft was delivered ready to complete its offshore mission.

Keystone Helicopter issued Standard Airworthiness Certificate for the first Sikorsky S-76C++ Helicopter manufactured in Coatesville, PA

Coatesville, Pa., January 22, 2007 - On December 14th, 2006 Keystone Helicopter Corporation was issued its first Standard Airworthiness Certificate by the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) ANE-MIDO-44 (Manufacturing Inspection District Offices) for the first Sikorsky S76C++™ Helicopter manufactured in Keystone’s Coatesville, PA plant known as the "Heliplex™". The helicopter was inspected by Phillip G. Davis, the FAA's airworthiness inspector for the MIDO office.

Marc Poland , newly appointed Vice President of Commercial Programs for Sikorsky Aircraft stated ,”This is a very impressive achievement and an important milestone in accomplishing Sikorsky’s plan to increase production capacity to meet the demands of our customers”.

Keystone Helicopter’s President, David Ford , commented that,” To make this first Type Certificated assembled aircraft a reality , many of our employees dedicated long hard hours. We're proud of everyone involved."
